Whenever you access any services or products offered by Pearson (" Services") or interact with our website in any way, you must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (" AUP")

You can include short excerpts of the materials in reports and presentations provided that this is for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only and such use is accompanied by copyright notices. You must own (or have the appropriate rights to use) anything you upload to the Services.

You agree that any breach of this AUP will allow Pearson to terminate your access or receipt of the Services.

  1. In relation to Smart Lesson Generator:
    • You must not use it if you are under 18 years of age (or allow it to be used by anyone under 18 years of age).
    • You must not exceed any prescribed usage limits which you are made aware of by Pearson from time to time. The use of Smart Lesson Generator is also subject to a general fair usage principle and at the time of this AUP fair usage is considered a maximum of 5000 generations per user in any calendar year. Any excessive or unreasonable use (as determined solely by Pearson) is prohibited.
  2. In relation to Speaking Practice:
    • Children under 6 years old must not use Speaking Practice.
    • Children aged 6 to 18 must only use Speaking Practice with the express permission of a parent or guardian, or if they are being supervised by one.
